Attending an Interview with the right mindset.

Job Seekers who do not succeed in an interview may think “Who is responsible for this? “They have to remember that their destiny is in their own hands. Most of them attend the interview with the mind-set if they have luck they will win or god will bless them with that job. No friends kindly understand that god is under no obligation to help you.
Success is the fruit of trust in god and constant efforts. I remember one day while I was waiting outside the operation theatre of a hospital for one of my doctor friend for a very long time there were no seats to sit, an attender just passed by noticed that I am wearing rings with stones. He asked me”Sir,is there any effect for these lucky stones, if I wear it will there be any benefits. “
My answer was”Mydear friend if you wear these stones and shut yourself inside a room, will you get your bread and butter? Only your constant efforts and trust in god will give you results and these stones may support that.” He understood what is what, left the place and came back with a chair for me to sit.
If you want to get appointed then you have to attend the interview with a different mindset.
The right mindset for winning in an interview is that you have to feel that you deserve it.
Recognize that your talents and experience will make you a valuable asset to the company.
Do not present yourself nervous and uncomfortable in the job interview.
Recognize that the company needs help, and you are the right

person who can provide that help.
Believe that you are actually going to get this job.
Visualize yourself getting the job offer.
Feel that you’ve earned this job and you deserve it.
Remember that not everybody is called for an interview and that you are that someone special.
Feel that you are considered for the position and what is left is proving that you’re the right person.
Imagine getting the job offer and what success feels like.
Now all that’s left is proving to the interviewer that you are the right person and you bring value to the company.
Prove that you are the right person.
Demonstrate your skills, passion and fitness for the job.
Make sure that in your answers, you exhibit these skills and back them up with evidence.
Feel that you have expressed the essential points to prove what you have to offer.
